One of many 12 months’s most controversial releases has had its late Swap 2 launch delayed – indefinitely.
A put up on official Borderlands social media accounts a short while in the past has introduced that the Swap 2 launch of Borderlands 4, initially deliberate for every week from Friday (October 3), has been delayed indefinitely. The put up cites a necessity for extra polish and a delayed implementation of cross-platform saves for the delay, and any digital preorders for the sport which might have charged on Friday (September 26) can be cancelled.
The PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Collection releases of Borderlands 4 earlier this month have seen a number of problems with reminiscence leaks, unintended prompt kill builds, and quite a few motion glitches (developer Gearbox is investigating). The problems are particularly pronounced on PC, with recreation director and Medieval Instances fanatic Randy Pitchford advising PC gamers to reboot the sport each 30 – 60 minutes and performing different social media technical assist.
