Does anybody know what this does and if it is a good suggestion to disable it?

I'm merely a fan of battery and efficiency financial savings on my telephones. I don't like having apps I don't use that eat sources. After all, I all the time make it a degree to research what I'm shifting to verify I'm not inflicting any injury.

It seems I haven't been capable of finding out what this app is for. A lot of the posts and pages are info that I really feel goes nowhere. So I'm right here to ask you all what this app does and if it's a good suggestion to disable it.
