Can anybody try to elucidate the tile image for Fallout 2 within the Xbox app?

I dunno if there’s some lore i’m lacking? possibly an inside joke for hardcore gamers?

I reached out to GOG and so they mentioned it was all the way down to Xbox. I assumed this could be a part of the construct i downloaded from GOG. I've opened an Xbox assist ticket per week in the past simply to see what it's about however have heard nothing in any respect thus far( which is to be anticipated i suppose )
